Who pays, and for what.

Money flow. Otolo Core is free for people: capture, storage, MCP server and export, running on their own devices. First paying customers are research and brand R&D teams, with a multi-device study license, and AI leaders, with Otolo Cohort. Next come training partners, builders on a convenience tier, and program vendors on a platform API. Later, cohorts, labs and makers buy an open dev kit.
